That knowledge is scattered across meeting minutes, decision notes and Jira tickets, and digging it out takes days. The system draws no conclusions beyond the sources and never picks between them.

When the sources disagree, the answer flags a conflict and sets out both positions with their own sources, without rating either. If there is no data, it says so, and how many documents it went through. A keyword search would find both documents but not the clash.

Every document gets a type and a date, because without a date a claim cannot be placed in time. If only the file's modified time is known, the answer marks the date as uncertain. Jira tickets come in as a JSON export.
